Kate deKay, CEO of Eustis Mortgage Corporation, comes from a long line of industry leaders and is a third-generation CEO and owner of the company. Kate has led numerous company initiatives that have resulted in substantial growth, with a focus on new and innovative ideas that add value to both the customer and employee experience. Kate believes her employees are the lifeblood of the company. Under her leadership, Eustis has received numerous awards as a top place to work over the years because it is a company that people want to work for, and because of that, it is also one that customers want to work with for their mortgage needs. She attributes her success to her supportive team, who share her belief in serving customers and making the dream of homeownership a reality every day. Together, they strive to be a trusted company within the community.

Outside of Eustis, Kate is a mother of three, a pet parent, and an active member of the community. True to her commitment to servant leadership, she engages her employees in company-wide initiatives to encourage them to be active community members, while recognizing and supporting the organizations her employees are involved with. As a local civic leader, she is dedicated to enriching the lives of New Orleans’ youth and serves on the boards of the Youth Empowerment Project and Raintree Children & Family Services. She also dedicates her time to industry organizations, including serving on the board of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Mortgage Collaborative Advisory Board, and the TMC Tech Council. In her limited free time, Kate enjoys exercising and spending time with friends and family.

Timothy Ieyoub joined Eustis Mortgage Corporation in 2010 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Growth.

Timothy began his career in mortgage banking in 1995 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from McNeese State University. He started out in the savings and loan industry before moving on to various leadership roles in mortgage banking, including Senior Account Manager, Business Development Manager, and Managing Partner of a nationwide wholesale mortgage lender.

During his time at Eustis Mortgage, Timothy has held leadership positions in both operations and sales, playing a key role in expanding the company’s products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives. He has focused on developing new opportunities, strengthening industry partnerships, driving innovation, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Timothy is actively involved in the mortgage industry and his community. He served as president of the Mortgage Lenders Association of New Orleans from 2018 to 2019 and currently serves on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity New Orleans. He also serves on the Louisiana Mortgage Bankers Association (LMBA) Future Leaders Committee.

Timothy lives in New Orleans with his wife and their three daughters.

With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Jen Gaudio has built her career working across every aspect of the business, from processing and originating loans to leading sales and operations teams. This diverse experience has given her a unique perspective on what it takes to turn strategy into results and, more importantly, to develop people into high-performing teams.

As SVP and National Mortgage Production Manager, Jen’s focus is simple: grow production, develop people, and build a culture where success is sustainable. She is passionate about creating strategies that generate business organically, strengthening relationships that create opportunities, and equipping sales teams with the tools, resources, and confidence they need to perform at their highest level.

Jen believes that the best growth doesn't come from simply chasing deals. It comes from building meaningful relationships, creating value, and developing people who know how to create opportunities for themselves and those around them.

Driven by a passion for helping others succeed, Jen believes that some of the greatest successes come from helping others achieve their goals—whether that means a loan officer reaching a new production milestone, a referral partner growing their business, or a client realizing their dream of homeownership.

Bryan Marr joined Verity Mortgage shortly after the company became part of Eustis Mortgage Corporation’s family of companies in 2016. With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Bryan has developed extensive knowledge across all aspects of the loan process and has served as Regional Operations Manager for some of the largest regions in the United States.

As SVP and Director of Operations, Bryan provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across the organization, with a focus on creating simple, efficient, and consistent loan processes. He is dedicated to supporting Eustis Mortgage branches and mortgage lenders by ensuring they have the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Bryan's leadership focuses on strengthening operations, supporting branch success, and continuously improving the processes that help both employees and clients succeed.

CeCe is a distinguished leader in the mortgage capital markets with more than a decade of experience driving strategy, profitability, and growth in an ever-changing mortgage landscape. Her expertise spans pricing strategy, secondary market execution, data analysis, risk management, product development, and margin optimization. As SVP of Capital Markets at Eustis Mortgage, she combines market insight, data, and strategic thinking to make informed decisions and identify opportunities that strengthen the business.

Known for being both analytical and forward-thinking, CeCe has a knack for simplifying complex issues and turning challenges into actionable strategies. She leads with curiosity, values collaboration, and isn’t afraid to ask the tough questions when they need to be asked. From navigating market shifts to developing new products and strengthening execution, her focus remains on making thoughtful decisions that balance opportunity, risk, and long-term growth.

Outside of work, CeCe enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, working out, and playing soccer. She’s naturally competitive, always up for a challenge, and firmly believes there’s almost always a better way... you just have to be willing to find it.

Lore Haines began her career in the mortgage industry in 2002 and has focused on federal and state regulatory compliance. She has spent the last few years working as a Mortgage Compliance Consultant, advising clients on applicable guidelines and regulatory requirements. Lore joined Eustis Mortgage in April 2021 as Senior Vice President of Quality Control and Compliance. Lore lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, Lore can be found on a soccer field or gardening.

Ray is a strategic IT leader with 28 years of experience shaping long-term technology direction while addressing immediate operational challenges. His expertise includes database management (Oracle and Microsoft), network infrastructure, information security, disaster recovery and business continuity, data analytics and reporting, general ledger systems, audit and IT controls, and vendor relations.

For the past decade, Ray has managed lending systems in the mortgage industry, supporting origination, servicing, collections, and accounting operations. Most recently, in the absence of a CFO, he worked directly with the accounting team to streamline company-wide financial reporting and accounting processes.

Anne Wolff, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and mortgage industries. As Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Eustis Mortgage Corporation, Anne leads the company’s people strategy with a focus on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, compliance, leadership development, and sustainable growth.

Throughout her career, Anne has built and transformed HR functions, implemented scalable systems and processes, strengthened compensation and benefits programs, and guided organizations through periods of change and growth. Her expertise spans HR strategy, organizational change, employee relations, compliance, talent development, payroll, HRIS, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Prior to joining Eustis Mortgage, she held progressive HR leadership roles at Peoples Health, where she directed key initiatives across human resources operations, workforce planning, technology implementation, and employment-related compliance.

Anne earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and Spanish from Vanderbilt University and attended the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. She holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She also serves on the Board of Directors and as Governance Chair for HandsOn New Orleans, a nonprofit community volunteer organization. Known for her strategic perspective and relationship-centered leadership style, Anne is committed to fostering a strong workplace culture that supports employee morale, engagement, and long-term business success.

With 20 years of experience in renovation and construction lending, Brian Everheart brings extensive industry knowledge and a passion for helping others understand and successfully incorporate these specialized products into their businesses.

Throughout his career in mortgage lending, he has gained experience not only in construction and renovation lending, but also in mortgage servicing, REO, and default management. He is particularly passionate about supporting sales teams and helping both mortgage originators and real estate professionals better understand renovation and construction financing opportunities.

A proud Texas A&M graduate, Brian Everheart enjoys sharing his knowledge and helping others grow their businesses through education, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of the products available to their clients.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, mountain biking, working in the yard, and spending time with his wife, Kari, and their two dogs, Steve and Frank. He is also a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Ashley Logan is a visionary leader with more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, where she has built a reputation for driving growth, forging meaningful partnerships, and championing inclusive progress. As part of the leadership team at Eustis, Ashley leads strategic initiatives in community lending, market advocacy, and bank partner development, reinforcing the company’s mission of people, partnerships, and purpose.

In addition to her role at Eustis, Ashley serves as President of the Louisiana Mortgage Bankers Association, where she advocates for both the industry and the communities it serves. Recognized as a trusted partner to C-level executives, lenders, and community leaders, she is dedicated to advancing mission-driven financial innovation and creating opportunities that deliver measurable impact.

Lisa Rose began her career in the mortgage industry in 1983 and has since gained a wealth of experience in nearly every aspect of the business. Her career has taken her through roles such as processor, closer, loan officer, company trainer, mortgage broker-owner, regional operations manager, and underwriter.

Throughout her career, Lisa has remained passionate about building strong relationships and uplifting those around her—values she sees reflected in the family-oriented culture at Eustis Mortgage. She firmly believes that what you give comes back tenfold, a philosophy she applies both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling, cooking, and, of course, her daily cups of coffee.

Lori is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with a diverse background that spans various critical aspects of the field. Currently serving as a Post-Closing Manager, Lori brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Throughout her career, Lori has been recognized for her ability to adapt to industry changes, implement innovative solutions, and drive results. Lori’s multifaceted background in capital markets, mortgage sales management, processing management, and TPO lending positions her as a versatile and knowledgeable leader in the mortgage industry.

With over 20 years of experience leading top-performing teams in loan processing, underwriting, and operations management, Amber brings a deep understanding of the lending process from start to finish. She combines technical expertise with a passion for streamlining workflows, delivering exceptional service, and making the home financing experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her goal is always to give homeowners a happy ending.

When she isn't helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership, she can be found exploring the arts, traveling the world, and spending time with her loved ones, especially her daughter and grandson. She enjoys everything that sparkles and shines, and her personal mission is to spread joy wherever she goes.

As Vice President of Brand & Branch Experience, Abigail LeBlanc brings more than 13 years of experience at Eustis Mortgage and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, company operations, and the customer journey.

Abigail began her career at Eustis Mortgage in the Post-Closing department, where she developed a strong foundation in loan operations, compliance, and the end-to-end mortgage process. She later spent eight years in a leadership role in Branch Support, working closely with loan officers and branch teams across the company to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall employee and borrower experience.

Throughout her career, Abigail has become an expert in Eustis Mortgage's technology platforms, including the company's CRM systems and borrower engagement tools. Her extensive knowledge of the customer journey allows her to bridge the gap between operations, technology, marketing, and sales, ensuring a seamless experience from application to closing.

Today, Abigail leads initiatives focused on brand consistency, branch support, marketing execution, technology adoption, and customer experience. She is passionate about empowering loan officers with the tools, resources, and strategies they need to grow their business while delivering an exceptional experience for every borrower.

Outside of Eustis Mortgage, Abigail enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon, and their three children. Jennifer serves as Vice President of Enterprise Performance & Analytics, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial services, analytics, and strategic planning. She specializes in transforming data into actionable insights that inform strategy, strengthen reporting and analytics, and uncover opportunities for process improvement.

With a background in accounting, finance, technology, and data analytics, Jennifer brings a unique perspective that bridges business performance with innovative, data-driven solutions.
